Ingredients
- 40 g mixed, chopped nuts
- 4 ripe, fresh figs
- 1 tsp grated lemon zest
- 300 g yogurt
- 2 tbsp liquid honey
Instructions
- 1. Toast the nuts in a pan without added fat until they smell fragrant. Wash the figs thoroughly, pat them dry, and slice them into thin wedges.
- 2. Mix the yogurt with the nuts and lemon zest. Fill the mixture into glasses, top with the fig wedges, and drizzle with honey. Serve the fig yogurt and enjoy.
