  1. 1. Boil plenty of water in a pot and add some salt.
  2. 2. Cook the farfalle pasta in it for exactly as long as stated on the package.
  3. 3. Drain the pasta and rinse it briefly with cold water so they do not stick together.
  4. 4. Mix oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl to create a marinade.
  5. 5. Peel the garlic clove and press the garlic directly into the marinade.
  6. 6. Wash the fresh herbs and shake them dry.
  7. 7. Save a few nice basil leaves for decoration.
  8. 8. Roughly chop the remaining basil and the other herbs.
  9. 9. Stir the chopped herbs into the marinade.
  10. 10. Remove the skin from the salami and cut it into thin strips.
  11. 11. Peel the carrots and grate them coarsely.
  12. 12. Wash the cucumber and scrape out the seeds with a spoon.
  13. 13. Cut the cucumber flesh into fine cubes.
  14. 14. Clean the mushrooms and slice them into thin pieces.
  15. 15. Add the pasta, salami, vegetables, and marinade to a large bowl.
  16. 16. Mix everything well together.
  17. 17. Let the salad marinate in the refrigerator for several hours.
  18. 18. Sprinkle the finished salad with the reserved basil leaves.
