  1. 1. Pat the chicken breast fillet dry with a kitchen towel.
  2. 2. Cut the meat into thin strips.
  3. 3. Mix the meat strips with sambal oelek and the two oils.
  4. 4. Heat a frying pan.
  5. 5. Fry the meat in it for 3 minutes over medium heat.
  6. 6. Remove the meat from the pan and set it aside.
  7. 7. Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for 9 to 11 minutes until al dente.
  8. 8. Drain the pasta.
  9. 9. Let the pasta drain.
  10. 10. Chop the peanuts.
  11. 11. Toast the chopped peanuts in the pan until golden yellow.
  12. 12. Squeeze the juice from 1 1/2 limes.
  13. 13. Add the peanut butter.
  14. 14. Deglaze the pan with the lime juice and soy sauce.
  15. 15. Add the prepared meat back into the pan.
  16. 16. Toss the drained pasta with the pan contents.
  17. 17. Wash the herbs.
  18. 18. Chop the herbs finely.
  19. 19. Cut the remaining half of the lime into wedges.
  20. 20. Plate the pasta on dishes.
  21. 21. Sprinkle the pasta with the herbs.
  22. 22. Garnish the dishes with the lime wedges.
