  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Soak the bread roll in lukewarm water.
  3. 3. Peel the shallot and the garlic.
  4. 4. Dice the shallot and the garlic finely.
  5. 5. Slice the Camembert cheese into thin slices.
  6. 6. Wash the herbs and shake them dry.
  7. 7. Squeeze the soaked bread roll well to remove excess water.
  8. 8. Mix the minced meat with the squeezed bread roll, the egg, the shallots, the garlic, and the mustard.
  9. 9. Shape the meat mixture into a rectangular patty about 1 centimeter thick.
  10. 10. Top the meat rectangle with the Camembert slices.
  11. 11. Roll the topped meat plate into a roulade.
  12. 12. Place the roulade into a buttered baking dish.
  13. 13. Brush the roulade with the oil.
  14. 14. Sprinkle the herbs over the roulade.
  15. 15. Roast the roulade in the preheated oven for about 50 to 60 minutes.
