  1. 1. Stir the sour cream and crème fraîche until smooth. Peel the garlic, press it into the mixture, and season with lemon juice and salt. Fill the dip into four small jars and sprinkle lightly with chili.
  2. 2. Wash the beef fillet, pat it dry, and cut it into strips. Wash the bell peppers, halve them, remove the seeds, and cut them into strips as well. Peel the onion, halve it, and cut it into strips.
  3. 3. Heat the olive oil in a pan. Sear the onions, beef fillet, and peppers over high heat, then continue to cook for about 5 minutes over medium heat. Season the mixture generously with salt, pepper, cumin, and coriander.
  4. 4. Warm the tortillas in another pan without oil over medium heat for a short time. Then fill the warm tortillas with the meat and vegetable mixture. Serve the fajitas together with the prepared dip.
