Ingredients
- 1 small papaya
- 1 kiwi
- 1 not too ripe persimmon
- 100 g coconut muesli (ready-made product)
- 200 ml coconut water (Tetra Pak)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the papaya in half lengthwise.
- 2. Remove the seeds from the papaya using a spoon.
- 3. Peel the papaya halves.
- 4. Dice the papaya flesh into fine cubes.
- 5. Peel the kiwi using a vegetable peeler.
- 6. Dice the kiwi flesh into small cubes.
- 7. Wash the persimmon thoroughly.
- 8. Cut out the stem end of the persimmon.
- 9. Dice the persimmon flesh into cubes.
- 10. Place the muesli and all the cut fruits into bowls.
- 11. Pour the coconut water over the muesli and fruits.
