🍽️ Exotic Fruit Compote

Ingredients
- 200 g Kumquat
- 2 Orange juice
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 0.5 tsp ground coriander
- 1 Papaya
- Whipping cream
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the kumquats under running water.
- 2. Dry the fruits with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut the kumquats into small cubes.
- 4. Heat the butter in a pan.
- 5. Sauté the kumquat cubes in it, stirring constantly, for about 3 minutes.
- 6. Deglaze the fruits with the orange juice.
- 7. Season the mixture with coriander.
- 8. Let the sauce reduce briefly.
- 9. Remove the pan from the heat.
- 10. Let the compote mixture cool down to lukewarm.
- 11. Cut the papaya in half lengthwise.
- 12. Scoop out the seeds from the papaya halves.
- 13. Peel the papaya halves.
- 14. Cut the peeled papaya halves into wedges.
- 15. Distribute the cooled compote onto plates.
- 16. Arrange the papaya wedges on top of the compote.
- 17. Add a dollop of whipped cream on top.
