  10. 10. Blanch the leek leaves for 2 minutes in boiling salted water.
  11. 11. Remove the leek leaves from the water.
  12. 12. Let the leek leaves drain.
  13. 13. Wrap 2 to 3 leek leaves around a banana.
  14. 14. Secure the wrapped banana with a wooden skewer.
  15. 15. Cut the pineapple flesh into bite-sized pieces.
  16. 16. Heat the oil in a pot.
  17. 17. Place the pot on a rechaud.
  18. 18. Skewer the bananas onto fondue forks.
