Ingredients
- 0.5 large Papaya (or 1 small Whole)
- 2 Pitahayas
- 2 Bananas
- 0.5 Lemon (Juice)
- Honey (to taste)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the papaya and remove the seeds.
- 2. Dice the papaya flesh into small pieces.
- 3. Cut the dragon fruit (pitahaya) in half lengthwise.
- 4. Score the dragon fruit flesh in a diamond pattern without cutting through the skin.
- 5. Loosen the cubes from the skin and catch them in a bowl.
- 6. Peel the bananas and slice them.
- 7. Place the papaya, dragon fruit, and banana pieces into a large bowl.
- 8. Add the lemon juice and gently mix the fruit.
- 9. Sweeten the salad to taste with a little honey.
- 10. Mix everything once more gently until the honey is distributed.
- 11. Fill the fruit salad back into the hollowed-out pitahaya halves.
- 12. Serve the salad immediately.
