  1. 1. Peel the papaya and remove the seeds.
  2. 2. Dice the papaya flesh into small pieces.
  3. 3. Cut the dragon fruit (pitahaya) in half lengthwise.
  4. 4. Score the dragon fruit flesh in a diamond pattern without cutting through the skin.
  5. 5. Loosen the cubes from the skin and catch them in a bowl.
  6. 6. Peel the bananas and slice them.
  7. 7. Place the papaya, dragon fruit, and banana pieces into a large bowl.
  8. 8. Add the lemon juice and gently mix the fruit.
  9. 9. Sweeten the salad to taste with a little honey.
  10. 10. Mix everything once more gently until the honey is distributed.
  11. 11. Fill the fruit salad back into the hollowed-out pitahaya halves.
  12. 12. Serve the salad immediately.
