🍳 Exotic Quark with Starfruit and Persimmon

Ingredients
- 500 g Quark (20 % fat)
- 100 ml Coconut milk
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 Starfruit
- 1 Persimmon
- 2 tsp Flaxseeds
Instructions
- 1. Stir the quark with the coconut milk and honey until you have a smooth mixture.
- 2. Wash the starfruit and pat it dry. Slice it into thin rounds.
- 3. Wash the persimmon, cut it in half, and remove the stem base and calyx.
- 4. Dice the flesh of the persimmon into small cubes.
- 5. Take half of the persimmon cubes and gently fold them into the quark mixture.
- 6. Divide the quark mixture evenly between two small bowls.
- 7. Garnish the quark servings with the remaining persimmon cubes, the starfruit slices, and flaxseeds.
- 8. Serve the dish immediately.
