  2. 2. Wash the starfruit and pat it dry. Slice it into thin rounds.
  3. 3. Wash the persimmon, cut it in half, and remove the stem base and calyx.
  4. 4. Dice the flesh of the persimmon into small cubes.
  5. 5. Take half of the persimmon cubes and gently fold them into the quark mixture.
  6. 6. Divide the quark mixture evenly between two small bowls.
  7. 7. Garnish the quark servings with the remaining persimmon cubes, the starfruit slices, and flaxseeds.
  8. 8. Serve the dish immediately.
