Ingredients
- 300 ml freshly squeezed blood orange juice (from 4 - 5 oranges)
- 2 nectarines
- 1 tbsp honey
- orange slice
- nectarine slice
- mint
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the nectarines under running water.
- 2. Cut the nectarines in half and remove the pit.
- 3. Dice the fruit flesh into small cubes.
- 4. Place the nectarine pieces, orange juice, and honey into a blender.
- 5. Blend the mixture until it is completely smooth.
- 6. Pour the juice through a fine mesh sieve to remove any pulp or fibers.
- 7. Pour the juice into clean glasses.
- 8. Garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves.
- 9. Serve the juice immediately while fresh.
