Ingredients
- 4 limes
- Juice 1/2 organic orange
- Powdered sugar
- 1 pineapple
- 2 mangoes
- 1 papaya
- 1 yellow pitaya
- 2 bananas
- 1 starfruit
- 8 lychees (ca. 100 g)
- 8 physalis (Physalis)
Instructions
- 1. Finely grate the zest of half a lime.
- 2. Squeeze the lime to extract the juice.
- 3. Mix the lime juice with the orange juice.
- 4. Add one quarter teaspoon of the grated lime zest.
- 5. Stir in two teaspoons of powdered sugar.
- 6. Cut off the tough stem end of the pineapple.
- 7. Peel the pineapple thoroughly.
- 8. Cut the fruit into eighths.
- 9. Remove the core.
- 10. Slice the pieces crosswise.
- 11. Thinly peel the mango with a vegetable peeler.
- 12. Cut the flesh away from the pit.
- 13. Slice the flesh into strips.
- 14. Peel the papaya.
- 15. Halve the papaya.
- 16. Remove the seeds.
- 17. Cut the flesh into strips as well.
- 18. Cut the pitaya in half.
- 19. Remove the flesh from the skin.
- 20. Slice the flesh crosswise.
- 21. Peel the bananas.
- 22. Thinly peel the carambola.
- 23. Remove both the ridges and the skin.
- 24. Make a small cut at the top of the lychees.
- 25. Peel the skin downwards.
