  6. 6. Divide the starfruit wedges into small, edible pieces.
  7. 7. Peel the kiwi and cut it into quarters.
  8. 8. Halve or third the kiwi quarters.
  9. 9. Peel the orange completely using a sharp knife.
  10. 10. Cut the orange flesh into large cubes.
  11. 11. Wash the persimmon.
  12. 12. Remove the stem base from the persimmon.
  13. 13. Cut the persimmon into cubes.
  14. 14. Heat the oil in a wok.
  15. 15. Add all prepared fruit pieces to the wok.
  16. 16. Stew the fruits while stirring constantly.
