Ingredients
- 1 Baby Pineapple
- 1 Orange
- 1 Kiwi
- 1 Persimmon
- 1 Starfruit
- 3 tbsp Almond Flakes
- 1 tsp Vegetable Oil
- 2 tbsp Honey
- Berrries (to taste)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the pineapple and cut it into quarters.
- 2. Remove the tough core from the center of the pineapple pieces.
- 3. Cut the pineapple into bite-sized pieces.
- 4. Wash the starfruit thoroughly.
- 5. Cut the starfruit into wedges.
- 6. Divide the starfruit wedges into small, edible pieces.
- 7. Peel the kiwi and cut it into quarters.
- 8. Halve or third the kiwi quarters.
- 9. Peel the orange completely using a sharp knife.
- 10. Cut the orange flesh into large cubes.
- 11. Wash the persimmon.
- 12. Remove the stem base from the persimmon.
- 13. Cut the persimmon into cubes.
- 14. Heat the oil in a wok.
- 15. Add all prepared fruit pieces to the wok.
- 16. Stew the fruits while stirring constantly.
- 17. Drizzle the fruits with honey.
- 18. Fold the almonds into the fruit mixture.
- 19. Immediately distribute the mixture onto small bowls.
- 20. Garnish the dish with berries and serve.
