Ingredients
- 4 sprigs oregano
- 0.75 l apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the oregano leaves under running water.
- 2. Gently pat the leaves dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Place the dry oregano leaves into a clean bottle.
- 4. Pour the vinegar over the herbs in the bottle.
- 5. Seal the bottle tightly with a lid.
- 6. Shake the bottle vigorously to mix the contents.
- 7. Let the bottle stand in a dark place for two weeks.
