🥤 Refreshing Melon Drink

Ingredients
- 500 g watermelon flesh
- ice cubes
- 2 tbsp mint syrup (colorless)
- 1 lime (juice)
- well-chilled mineral water to top up (still or sparkling)
- mint (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Place the melon flesh, 5 to 6 ice cubes, the syrup, and the lime juice into a blender.
- 2. Blend the ingredients until you have a smooth, fine puree.
- 3. Fill four glasses about one-third full with fresh ice cubes.
- 4. Pour the melon puree evenly over the ice cubes in the glasses.
- 5. Top up each glass with cold water.
- 6. Garnish the drinks with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
