🥤 Refreshing Buttermilk Mint Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 sprig mint
- 0.5 small lemon
- coarse sea salt
- white pepper
- 60 g buttermilk (1,5 %)
- 150 ml mineral water (ice cold, low carbonation)
- Also: ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the mint under cold water.
- 2. Shake the mint dry.
- 3. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
- 4. Squeeze the lemon to extract the juice.
- 5. Moisten the rim of a drinking glass with a little lemon juice.
- 6. Pour the sea salt onto a flat plate.
- 7. Press the moistened glass rim into the salt.
- 8. Pour the remaining lemon juice into a tall container.
- 9. Add 1-2 pinches of sea salt to the container.
- 10. Season the mixture with a pinch of pepper.
- 11. Add the buttermilk to the container.
- 12. Add the mineral water to the container.
- 13. Add the mint leaves to the container.
- 14. Blend the ingredients finely with a hand blender.
- 15. Crush the ice cubes in the ice crusher into small pieces.
- 16. Fill the crushed ice cubes into the prepared glass.
- 17. Pour the drink over the ice.
- 18. Garnish the drink with a mint sprig.
