  4. 4. Squeeze the lemon to extract the juice.
  5. 5. Moisten the rim of a drinking glass with a little lemon juice.
  6. 6. Pour the sea salt onto a flat plate.
  7. 7. Press the moistened glass rim into the salt.
  8. 8. Pour the remaining lemon juice into a tall container.
  9. 9. Add 1-2 pinches of sea salt to the container.
  10. 10. Season the mixture with a pinch of pepper.
  11. 11. Add the buttermilk to the container.
  12. 12. Add the mineral water to the container.
  13. 13. Add the mint leaves to the container.
