  3. 3. Transfer the ground peanuts into a tall container.
  4. 4. Add the honey.
  5. 5. Add the oil.
  6. 6. Add the butter.
  7. 7. Blend everything with a hand blender until smooth.
  8. 8. Season the cream to taste with salt.
  9. 9. Fill the finished peanut butter into clean screw-top jars.
  10. 10. Take half of the toast slices.
  11. 11. Spread the peanut butter thickly onto these slices.
  12. 12. Take the remaining toast slices.
  13. 13. Spread jam onto these slices.
  14. 14. Press the sandwiches together.
  15. 15. Cut each sandwich diagonally in half.
  16. 16. Serve the sandwiches.
