🍽️ Homemade Peanut Butter Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 500 g peanuts (optionally salted or plain)
- 20 g honey
- 80 ml sunflower oil
- 100 g butter
- salt (to taste)
- 8 slices toast bread
- 150 red jam (e.g. strawberry, raspberry, cherry)
Instructions
- 1. Put the peanuts into a food processor.
- 2. Grind the peanuts into a fine powder.
- 3. Transfer the ground peanuts into a tall container.
- 4. Add the honey.
- 5. Add the oil.
- 6. Add the butter.
- 7. Blend everything with a hand blender until smooth.
- 8. Season the cream to taste with salt.
- 9. Fill the finished peanut butter into clean screw-top jars.
- 10. Take half of the toast slices.
- 11. Spread the peanut butter thickly onto these slices.
- 12. Take the remaining toast slices.
- 13. Spread jam onto these slices.
- 14. Press the sandwiches together.
- 15. Cut each sandwich diagonally in half.
- 16. Serve the sandwiches.
