Ingredients
- 8 slices toast bread
- 2 bananas
- 4 tbsp jam (e.g. blackberry)
- 4 tbsp peanut butter
Instructions
- 1. Lay the toast slices side by side on a work surface.
- 2. Peel the bananas.
- 3. Slice the bananas.
- 4. Spread the jam on half of the toast slices.
- 5. Spread the peanut butter on the remaining toast slices.
- 6. Place the banana slices on the toast slices with the jam.
- 7. Place the toast slices with the peanut butter on top.
- 8. Cut the sandwiches diagonally into quarters.
- 9. Serve the sandwiches.
