🍽️ Crunchy Peanut Bars

Ingredients
- 0.5 Orange
- 100 g unsalted peanuts
- 30 g Butter
- 30 g raw cane sugar
- 100 g Honey
- 150 g rolled oats
- 50 g oat flakes
- 50 g raisins
Instructions
- 1. Squeeze the orange to extract the juice.
- 2. Chop the peanuts into coarse pieces.
- 3. Heat the butter, sugar, and honey in a pot until the sugar has completely melted.
- 4. Add one teaspoon of orange juice, oat flakes, oat crisps, and the chopped nuts.
- 5. Stir the mixture constantly until it turns golden brown.
- 6. Gently fold the raisins into the warm mixture.
- 7. Spread the mixture onto a baking tray lined with baking paper using a moist rubber spatula.
- 8. Preheat the oven to 150 °C (fan 130 °C or gas mark 1–2).
- 9. Bake the bars on the middle rack for 10 to 15 minutes.
- 10. Cut the bars into individual pieces while they are still warm.
- 11. Then allow the bars to cool down completely.
