  1. 1. Remove the green stems from the strawberries and wash them thoroughly.
  2. 2. Wash the rosemary sprigs and shake them dry.
  3. 3. Strip the needles from the rosemary sprigs, leaving only the tip.
  4. 4. Thread the washed strawberries onto the prepared rosemary sprigs.
  5. 5. Wash the lemon under hot water and pat it dry.
  6. 6. Finely grate the lemon zest.
  7. 7. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
  8. 8. Whisk two tablespoons of honey with the lemon juice in a small bowl.
  9. 9. Brush the strawberry skewers with the honey-lemon mixture.
  10. 10. Place the skewers on the hot grill.
  11. 11. Grill the strawberries for about five minutes.
  12. 12. Turn the skewers repeatedly while grilling.
  13. 13. Brush the strawberries with the honey mixture repeatedly during grilling.
