🍰 Sugar-Free Strawberry Basil Ice

Ingredients
- 500 g ripe strawberries
- 2 sprigs basil
- 140 g erythritol
- 1 lime (juice)
Instructions
- 1. Remove the green stems from the strawberries.
- 2. Wash the strawberries thoroughly.
- 3. Cut the strawberries into quarters.
- 4. Wash the fresh basil leaves.
- 5. Shake the basil dry so that no water droplets remain on it.
- 6. Pluck the individual basil leaves from the stems.
- 7. Cut the lime in half.
- 8. Squeeze the juice out of the lime.
- 9. Add the basil leaves to a bowl with the strawberries.
- 10. Add the lime juice to the mixture.
- 11. Add the sugar substitute erythritol.
- 12. Puree all ingredients with a blender or hand blender until smooth.
- 13. Pour the strawberry-basil mixture into a freezer-safe container.
- 14. Place the container in the freezer compartment of your refrigerator.
- 15. Stir the mixture once every 30 to 60 minutes.
- 16. Repeat stirring until the ice cream reaches the desired creamy consistency.
- 17. Take the finished sorbet out of the freezer.
- 18. Serve the dessert immediately.
