🍰 Fresh Strawberry Basil Salad

Ingredients
- 2 sprigs mint
- 2 sprigs basil
- 700 g fresh strawberries
- 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp liquid honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the herbs under running water.
- 2. Shake the herbs dry.
- 3. Cut the herb leaves into thin strips.
- 4. Remove the green stems from the strawberries.
- 5. Wash the strawberries thoroughly.
- 6. Cut the strawberries into four equal quarters.
- 7. Place the strawberry pieces into a bowl.
- 8. Add the vinegar to the bowl.
- 9. Add the lemon juice to the bowl.
- 10. Add the honey to the bowl.
- 11. Add the oil to the bowl.
- 12. Add the pepper to the bowl.
- 13. Mix all ingredients well together.
- 14. Adjust the seasoning with salt or more spices if needed.
- 15. Let the salad marinate in the refrigerator for one hour.
- 16. Take the salad out of the refrigerator.
- 17. Distribute the salad onto the plates.
- 18. Sprinkle the cut mint and basil leaves over the top.
- 19. Serve the salad immediately.
