🍽️ Fruity Strawberry Brie Salad with Balsamic Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce
- 300 g fresh, ripe strawberries
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 300 g Brie
- 2 tbsp green pickled peppers (jar)
- 3 tbsp balsamic cream
Instructions
- 1. Separate the leaves from the salad base.
- 2. Wash the leaves thoroughly.
- 3. Spin the leaves dry.
- 4. Tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
- 5. Wash the strawberries.
- 6. Remove the stems and leaves of the strawberries (hull them).
- 7. Slice the strawberries.
- 8. Mix the strawberry slices with the salad and the oil.
- 9. Distribute the mixture onto small bowls.
- 10. Cut the Brie into small cubes with a side length of 1 cm.
- 11. Place the Brie cubes and the pepper over the salad.
- 12. Drizzle the salad with Crema di Balsamico.
- 13. Serve the salad.
