🍰 Fruity Quark Cream with Strawberries and Mascarpone

Ingredients
- 600 g strawberries
- 3 tbsp liquid honey
- 250 g quark
- 100 g mascarpone
- 1 tsp organic lemon zest
- lemon balm (for garnishing)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the strawberries thoroughly, remove the green stems, and pat them dry gently. Take half of the berries, cut them into small pieces, and blend them together with the honey until you have a smooth puree.
- 2. Mix the quark thoroughly with the strawberry puree, the mascarpone cream, and the lemon zest until everything is well combined. Divide the creamy mixture evenly among small bowls. Arrange the remaining whole strawberries decoratively on top and serve the dessert immediately.
