🍰 Fresh Strawberry Quark

Ingredients
- 500 g fresh strawberries
- 500 g low-fat quark
- 50 ml sparkling mineral water
- 2 tsp vanilla powder
- 1 tbsp raw cane sugar
Instructions
- 1. Remove the green stems from the strawberries.
- 2. Wash the strawberries thoroughly under running water.
- 3. Set aside one whole strawberry for decoration.
- 4. Chop the remaining strawberries into small pieces.
- 5. Place the low-fat quark into a bowl.
- 6. Pour the mineral water over the quark.
- 7. Add the vanilla.
- 8. Add the raw cane sugar.
- 9. Whisk the mixture with a whisk until it is smooth and creamy.
- 10. Gently fold the chopped strawberries into the quark mixture.
- 11. Fill the strawberry quark into small bowls.
- 12. Decorate the bowls with the reserved whole strawberry.
- 13. Serve the quark immediately.
