🍳 Fruity Millet-Oat Porridge with Strawberries

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp millet flakes
- 4 tbsp rolled oats
- 20 g dried cranberries (2 tbsp)
- 150 ml milk (1.5% fat)
- 150 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 250 g strawberries
- 2 tbsp liquid honey
Instructions
- 1. Put millet flakes, oat flakes, and cranberries into a large bowl.
- 2. Warm the milk in a pot until it is hot.
- 3. Stir the warm milk with 100 grams of yogurt in a separate container.
- 4. Pour the milk-yogurt mixture over the flakes and cranberries.
- 5. Stir everything well so that the flakes absorb the liquid.
- 6. Let the mixture swell for about 30 minutes until it becomes creamy.
- 7. Gently wash the strawberries in a bowl with cold water.
- 8. Pat the strawberries dry with kitchen paper.
- 9. Remove the green stems and leaves from the strawberries.
- 10. Cut the strawberries in half or quarters depending on their size.
- 11. Sweeten the swollen porridge with 1 ½ tablespoons of honey.
- 12. Place the sweetened porridge into small bowls.
- 13. Stir the remaining yogurt until smooth if it is still lumpy.
- 14. Arrange the halved or quartered strawberries on top of the porridge.
- 15. Drizzle the finished porridge with the remaining honey.
