🍰 Strawberries with Honey-Balsamic Dressing and Pepper

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp liquid honey
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 200 g fresh strawberries
- pepper (from the mill)
- basil
Instructions
- 1. Whisk the honey and balsamic vinegar together in a small bowl until well combined.
- 2. Wash the strawberries thoroughly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Remove the green stems and leaves from the strawberries.
- 4. Slice the strawberries into very thin, fine slices.
- 5. Distribute the strawberry slices evenly onto two dessert plates.
- 6. Drizzle the prepared honey-balsamic sauce evenly over the fruit.
- 7. Cover the plates and place them in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to let the flavors infuse.
- 8. Grind fresh black pepper over the finished strawberries.
- 9. Garnish the dish with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.
