🍰 Strawberry Dessert with Creamy Gorgonzola Sauce

Ingredients
- 200 g strawberries
- 50 g Gorgonzola
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 100 g yogurt
- 2 tbsp port wine
- pepper (from the mill)
- mint (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the strawberries under cold water.
- 2. Remove the green stems and leaves from the berries.
- 3. Let the strawberries drain well in a sieve or on a kitchen towel.
- 4. Cut the berries in half or quarter them, depending on their size.
- 5. Mash the Gorgonzola cheese finely in a bowl using a fork.
- 6. Stir the sour cream into the mashed cheese.
- 7. Mix the yogurt thoroughly with the cheese and cream mixture.
- 8. Add the prepared strawberries to the bowl with the sauce.
- 9. Drizzle the mixture with port wine.
- 10. Garnish the dessert with fresh mint leaves.
- 11. Serve the dish immediately.
