🍰 Strawberry Yogurt Ice with Chocolate Drizzle

Ingredients
- 400 g strawberries
- 40 g dark chocolate (min. 75% cocoa content)
- 300 g Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp liquid honey
- 1 pinch cinnamon
Instructions
- 1. Remove the green stems from the strawberries.
- 2. Wash the strawberries thoroughly.
- 3. Halve all the strawberries.
- 4. Take two-thirds of the halved strawberries.
- 5. Place these strawberry pieces in a freezer container.
- 6. Freeze the strawberries solid for about 3 hours.
- 7. Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
- 8. Put 150 grams of yogurt into a bowl.
- 9. Stir the yogurt creamy with honey.
- 10. Take the frozen strawberries out of the freezer.
- 11. Put the frozen strawberries into a blender.
- 12. Add cinnamon.
- 13. Add the remaining yogurt.
- 14. Add some honey.
- 15. Puree the mixture in the blender into a fine ice cream.
- 16. Take the remaining fresh strawberry halves.
- 17. Layer the strawberry ice cream alternately with the fresh strawberry pieces in glasses.
- 18. Put the yogurt cream on top of the ice cream.
- 19. Sprinkle the dessert with small strawberry pieces.
- 20. Sprinkle the dessert with the chopped chocolate pieces.
- 21. Serve the ice cream immediately.
