  1. 1. Remove the green stems from the strawberries.
  2. 2. Wash the strawberries thoroughly.
  3. 3. Halve all the strawberries.
  4. 4. Take two-thirds of the halved strawberries.
  5. 5. Place these strawberry pieces in a freezer container.
  6. 6. Freeze the strawberries solid for about 3 hours.
  7. 7. Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
  8. 8. Put 150 grams of yogurt into a bowl.
  9. 9. Stir the yogurt creamy with honey.
  10. 10. Take the frozen strawberries out of the freezer.
  11. 11. Put the frozen strawberries into a blender.
  12. 12. Add cinnamon.
  13. 13. Add the remaining yogurt.
  14. 14. Add some honey.
  15. 15. Puree the mixture in the blender into a fine ice cream.
  16. 16. Take the remaining fresh strawberry halves.
  17. 17. Layer the strawberry ice cream alternately with the fresh strawberry pieces in glasses.
  18. 18. Put the yogurt cream on top of the ice cream.
  19. 19. Sprinkle the dessert with small strawberry pieces.
  20. 20. Sprinkle the dessert with the chopped chocolate pieces.
  21. 21. Serve the ice cream immediately.
