  1. 1. Put the coriander, mustard seeds, and bay leaf into a spice bag and close it well.
  2. 2. Peel the shallot and dice it finely.
  3. 3. Add the shallot, the spice bag, paprika powder, about 50 milliliters of water, vinegar, and sugar to a pot.
  4. 4. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  5. 5. Let it simmer gently for about 5 minutes.
  6. 6. If necessary, add a little more water.
  7. 7. Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, and halve them.
  8. 8. Wash the chili peppers, cut off the stems, and slice them into rings.
  9. 9. Add the strawberries and chili rings to the spice broth.
  10. 10. Let everything simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  11. 11. Remove the spice bag.
  12. 12. Let the chutney cool down.
  13. 13. Season it with salt and cayenne pepper.
