🍽️ Strawberry Vanilla Shake

Ingredients
- 200 g strawberries
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar from cane sugar
- 800 ml milk (3.5 % fat)
- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
Instructions
- 1. Remove the green stems from the strawberries.
- 2. Wash the strawberries thoroughly.
- 3. Cut the strawberries into small pieces.
- 4. Sprinkle the cut strawberries with the powdered sugar.
- 5. Let the sugared strawberries sit for about 1 hour.
- 6. Prepare 4 chilled glasses.
- 7. Distribute 1 tablespoon of the marinated strawberries into each glass.
- 8. Put the remaining strawberries, the milk, and the vanilla ice cream into the stand mixer.
- 9. Puree the ingredients in the mixer until smooth and creamy.
- 10. Pour the shake mixture evenly over the prepared glasses.
- 11. Serve the shake with straws as desired.
