  1. 1. Cut the sponge cake into bite-sized cubes and drizzle them with prosecco. Wash the strawberries, remove the leaves, and cut them into quarters.
  2. 2. Chop the pistachios. Slice the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the seeds with a knife. Whip the cream with sugar until stiff. Stir the yogurt with the vanilla seeds and gently fold in the whipped cream.
  3. 3. Layer the strawberries, yogurt-cream mixture, and sponge cubes into four glasses. Garnish the strawberry trifle with pistachios and serve immediately.
