🍽️ Fresh salad with strawberries, asparagus and cheese

Ingredients
- 150 g cooked asparagus (from the day before)
- 350 g strawberries
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 30 g Emmental
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp orange juice
- salt (pepper)
- 1 box garden cress
Instructions
- 1. Cut the asparagus into pieces about 4 centimeters long. Wash the strawberries, pat them dry and cut them into quarters. Cut the cheese into small sticks. Cut the cress directly from the bed with scissors.
- 2. Whisk together vinegar, salt, oil, orange juice and pepper to make a marinade. Mix the marinade with the asparagus, cheese, cress and strawberries and serve the salad.
