🍳 Strawberry Soy Smoothie with Green Pepper

Ingredients
- 250 g strawberries
- 2 sprigs green peppercorns
- 125 ml soy drink (soy milk)
- ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the strawberries carefully under running water.
- 2. Place the strawberries on kitchen paper and let them drain well.
- 3. Remove the green stems from the strawberries.
- 4. Cut the strawberries into four equal pieces.
- 5. Rinse the green pepper cluster under hot water.
- 6. Pat the pepper cluster dry with a cloth.
- 7. Strip the small berries off one pepper cluster.
- 8. Place the prepared strawberry pieces into a stand mixer.
- 9. Pour the soy drink into the mixer.
- 10. Add some ice cubes to the mixture.
- 11. Blend the ingredients until the liquid is frothy and creamy.
- 12. Pour the finished smoothie into a drinking glass.
- 13. Decorate the glass with the remaining pepper cluster.
