  2. 2. Place the strawberries on kitchen paper and let them drain well.
  3. 3. Remove the green stems from the strawberries.
  4. 4. Cut the strawberries into four equal pieces.
  5. 5. Rinse the green pepper cluster under hot water.
  6. 6. Pat the pepper cluster dry with a cloth.
  7. 7. Strip the small berries off one pepper cluster.
  8. 8. Place the prepared strawberry pieces into a stand mixer.
  9. 9. Pour the soy drink into the mixer.
  10. 10. Add some ice cubes to the mixture.
  11. 11. Blend the ingredients until the liquid is frothy and creamy.
  12. 12. Pour the finished smoothie into a drinking glass.
