🥤 Fresh Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients
- 0.5 small lemon
- 0.5 small vanilla pod
- 500 g strawberries
- 3 tbsp apple syrup
- 300 g yogurt (3.5% fat)
- ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Squeeze the lemon to extract the juice.
- 2. Slice the vanilla pod lengthwise.
- 3. Scrape out the tiny seeds (the pulp) from the pod.
- 4. Place the strawberries in a bowl with water.
- 5. Gently wash the berries.
- 6. Pat the strawberries completely dry with kitchen paper.
- 7. Remove the green stems from the strawberries.
- 8. Cut the cleaned strawberries into small pieces.
- 9. Put the cut berries into a tall container.
- 10. Add the apple syrup.
- 11. Add the vanilla pulp to the container.
- 12. Pour in the lemon juice.
- 13. Add the yogurt to the mixture.
- 14. Puree all ingredients finely using a hand blender.
- 15. Pour the smoothie into glasses.
- 16. Add some ice cubes to the glasses.
- 17. Stir the drink well.
- 18. Serve the smoothie immediately.
- 19. Use still water if you prefer a thinner smoothie.
