🍰 Fruity Strawberry Cream Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 500 g strawberries
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 400 g whipping cream
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the strawberries under running water.
- 2. Remove the green stems and leaves from the fruit.
- 3. Place the cleaned strawberries and the powdered sugar into a bowl.
- 4. Puree the mixture with a blender or hand blender until smooth.
- 5. Whip the cream in a separate bowl until it is lightly stiff.
- 6. Gently fold the strawberry puree into the whipped cream.
- 7. Fill the ice cream evenly into the prepared ice cream molds.
- 8. Let the ice cream freeze for about 6 hours in the freezer or ice cream maker.
