🍰 Strawberry Pizza (Sheet Cake with Whipped Cream and Strawberries)

Ingredients
- 0.5 cube yeast
- 60 g sugar
- 350 g flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 60 g butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 250 g quark
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 80 g sugar
- 200 g coconut flakes
- 400 g wild strawberry
- 2 packets vanilla sugar
Instructions
- 1. Dissolve the yeast in one teaspoon of sugar and 100 milliliters of lukewarm water until a smooth mixture forms.
- 2. Add the flour and salt to a bowl.
- 3. Pour in the yeast mixture.
- 4. Add the remaining sugar, butter, and one egg yolk.
- 5. Knead everything with the dough hooks of your electric hand mixer into a smooth dough.
- 6. Cover the bowl.
- 7. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes.
- 8. Work the dough on a lightly floured surface.
- 9. Stretch it to the size of your baking sheet (approximately 25 by 25 centimeters).
- 10. Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 11. Form a small edge.
- 12. Place another sheet of baking paper on top.
- 13. Ensure a two-centimeter border remains free.
- 14. Sprinkle dried beans or peas over the paper.
- 15. Blind bake the crust in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius convection for about 25 minutes (without topping).
- 16. Stir the quark until smooth with vanilla sugar, sugar, and 100 grams of coconut flakes.
- 17. Gently fold the whipped cream into the quark mixture.
- 18. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled cake base.
- 19. Top the cake with washed and prepared strawberry halves.
- 20. Decorate with the remaining strawberries.
- 21. Serve the whole thing.
