  2. 2. Add the flour and salt to a bowl.
  3. 3. Pour in the yeast mixture.
  4. 4. Add the remaining sugar, butter, and one egg yolk.
  5. 5. Knead everything with the dough hooks of your electric hand mixer into a smooth dough.
  6. 6. Cover the bowl.
  7. 7. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes.
  8. 8. Work the dough on a lightly floured surface.
  9. 9. Stretch it to the size of your baking sheet (approximately 25 by 25 centimeters).
  10. 10. Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  11. 11. Form a small edge.
  12. 12. Place another sheet of baking paper on top.
  13. 13. Ensure a two-centimeter border remains free.
  14. 14. Sprinkle dried beans or peas over the paper.
  15. 15. Blind bake the crust in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius convection for about 25 minutes (without topping).
  16. 16. Stir the quark until smooth with vanilla sugar, sugar, and 100 grams of coconut flakes.
  17. 17. Gently fold the whipped cream into the quark mixture.
  18. 18. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled cake base.
  19. 19. Top the cake with washed and prepared strawberry halves.
  20. 20. Decorate with the remaining strawberries.
