🍽️ Fresh Strawberry Mint Jam

Ingredients
- 1 kg small strawberries
- 500 g jam sugar
- 1 bunch fresh mint
Instructions
- 1. Remove the green stems from the strawberries.
- 2. Wash the strawberries thoroughly.
- 3. Dry the strawberries with a kitchen towel.
- 4. Cut large strawberries in half.
- 5. Place the strawberries and the jam sugar into a pot.
- 6. Heat the mixture while stirring constantly until it boils.
- 7. Let the jam simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
- 8. Wash the mint thoroughly.
- 9. Dry the mint with a kitchen towel.
- 10. Chop the mint very finely.
- 11. Stir the chopped mint into the hot jam.
- 12. Fill the jam into clean, prepared jars.
- 13. Seal the jars tightly.
