🍰 Fresh Strawberry Shakes

Ingredients
- 600 g strawberries
- 4 scoops yogurt ice cream
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 600 ml milk
- 4 scoops strawberry ice cream
- young mint (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the strawberries thoroughly and remove the green stems. Set aside four particularly nice berries for decoration.
- 2. Put the rest of the berries into a blender and puree them finely. Now add the yogurt ice, lime juice, and vanilla sugar. Pour in the milk and blend everything until a smooth, creamy mixture forms.
- 3. Divide the shake among four tall glasses. Place a scoop of strawberry ice cream on each serving. Garnish the shakes with the remaining berries and some mint leaves. Enjoy!
