  1. 1. Gently wash the strawberries in a bowl with water.

  4. 4. Remove the green stems from the berries.
  5. 5. Cut the strawberries in half or quarters depending on their size.
  6. 6. Cut the melon in half lengthwise.
  7. 7. Remove the seeds from the melon with a spoon.
  8. 8. Peel the melon.
  9. 9. Cut the melon flesh into thin strips.
  10. 10. Rinse the lime under running water.
  11. 11. Dry the lime.
  12. 12. Grate the fine zest of the lime finely.
  13. 13. Put the lime zest into a bowl.
  14. 14. Cut the lime in half.
  15. 15. Cut the orange in half.
  16. 16. Squeeze the juice from the lime.

  18. 18. Add the juice of the lime and the orange to the lime zest.
