🍳 Fresh Strawberry-Passion Fruit Jam

Ingredients
- 12 passion fruits
- 750 g strawberries
- 1 level tsp agar-agar
- 120 g honey
- 1 lemon
Instructions
- 1. Rinse four screw-top jars (each 200 milliliters) and their lids with boiling water to sterilize them.
- 2. Place the jars and lids upside down on a kitchen towel and let them drain.
- 3. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 4. Cut the passion fruits in half and place the pulp into a fine sieve.
- 5. Press the pulp through the sieve with a spoon to remove the seeds.
- 6. Wash the strawberries and remove the green stems.
- 7. Cut the strawberries into small pieces.
- 8. Add the strained passion fruit pulp, the strawberries, the honey, and the lemon juice to a pot.
- 9. Heat the mixture and bring it to a boil briefly.
- 10. Stir in the agar-agar (a plant-based gelling agent).
- 11. Let the jam boil for another two minutes.
- 12. Fill the hot jam immediately into the prepared jars.
- 13. Seal the jars tightly with the lids.
- 14. Place the jars upside down and let them stand for five minutes.
- 15. Then place the jars upright again.
