  1. 1. Rinse four screw-top jars (each 200 milliliters) and their lids with boiling water to sterilize them.
  2. 2. Place the jars and lids upside down on a kitchen towel and let them drain.
  3. 3. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.
  4. 4. Cut the passion fruits in half and place the pulp into a fine sieve.
  5. 5. Press the pulp through the sieve with a spoon to remove the seeds.
  6. 6. Wash the strawberries and remove the green stems.
  7. 7. Cut the strawberries into small pieces.
  8. 8. Add the strained passion fruit pulp, the strawberries, the honey, and the lemon juice to a pot.
  9. 9. Heat the mixture and bring it to a boil briefly.
  10. 10. Stir in the agar-agar (a plant-based gelling agent).
  11. 11. Let the jam boil for another two minutes.
  12. 12. Fill the hot jam immediately into the prepared jars.
  13. 13. Seal the jars tightly with the lids.
  14. 14. Place the jars upside down and let them stand for five minutes.
  15. 15. Then place the jars upright again.
