  1. 1. Peel the banana and cut it into small pieces.
  2. 2. Drizzle the banana pieces with half of the lime juice.
  3. 3. Wash the strawberries and remove the green stems.
  4. 4. Set aside four small, pretty strawberries.
  5. 5. Puree the remaining strawberries in a blender until smooth.
  6. 6. Fill four glasses one-third full with about two-thirds of the strawberry puree.
  7. 7. Blend 200 grams of skyr, 100 milliliters of coconut drink, melting flakes, and the banana pieces with the remaining strawberry puree.
  8. 8. Slowly and carefully pour the lighter mixture onto the puree in the glass, starting from the outside and moving inward.
  9. 9. Stir the remaining skyr until smooth with the rest of the lime juice and coconut drink.
  10. 10. Carefully layer this white mixture into the glasses.
  11. 11. Cut the reserved strawberries in half.
  12. 12. Wash the mint and shake it dry.
  13. 13. Pluck the mint leaves off the stems.
  14. 14. Garnish the smoothies with two strawberry halves, coconut chips, and mint leaves each.
