🥤 Colorful Strawberry Coconut Skyr Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 0.5 lime (juice)
- 400 g strawberries
- 400 g skyr
- 150 ml coconut drink
- 30 g melting flakes (2 tbsp)
- 30 g coconut chips (2 tbsp)
- 4 sprigs mint
Instructions
- 1. Peel the banana and cut it into small pieces.
- 2. Drizzle the banana pieces with half of the lime juice.
- 3. Wash the strawberries and remove the green stems.
- 4. Set aside four small, pretty strawberries.
- 5. Puree the remaining strawberries in a blender until smooth.
- 6. Fill four glasses one-third full with about two-thirds of the strawberry puree.
- 7. Blend 200 grams of skyr, 100 milliliters of coconut drink, melting flakes, and the banana pieces with the remaining strawberry puree.
- 8. Slowly and carefully pour the lighter mixture onto the puree in the glass, starting from the outside and moving inward.
- 9. Stir the remaining skyr until smooth with the rest of the lime juice and coconut drink.
- 10. Carefully layer this white mixture into the glasses.
- 11. Cut the reserved strawberries in half.
- 12. Wash the mint and shake it dry.
- 13. Pluck the mint leaves off the stems.
- 14. Garnish the smoothies with two strawberry halves, coconut chips, and mint leaves each.
