  1. 1. Peel the banana and slice it into rounds.
  2. 2. Wash the strawberries and set four aside for garnish.
  3. 3. Remove the stems from the remaining strawberries and chop them finely.
  4. 4. Cut one kiwi into quarters and set them aside for garnish.
  5. 5. Peel the remaining kiwis and chop them finely.
  6. 6. Wash the cucumber and cut four thin slices lengthwise.
  7. 7. Set the cucumber slices aside for garnish.
  8. 8. Chop the rest of the cucumber finely.
  9. 9. Place the banana slices, kiwi and strawberry pieces, and cucumber pieces into a blender.
  10. 10. Pour in 200 milliliters of water.
  11. 11. Blend everything until smooth.
  12. 12. Pour the smoothie into four glasses or bottles.
  13. 13. Thread the kiwi quarters, the four strawberries, and the cucumber slices onto four wooden skewers.
  14. 14. Garnish the glasses with the skewers.
