🍰 Strawberry-Kiwi Cups with Cream

Ingredients
- 250 g strawberries
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 10 ml orange liqueur
- 1 kiwi
- 200 g whipping cream (at least 30% fat)
- powdered sugar (to sweeten)
- 4 paper-thin lime slices
- mint
Instructions
- 1. Wash the strawberries thoroughly and let them drain well.
- 2. Remove the green stems from the strawberries.
- 3. Slice the strawberries into thin pieces.
- 4. Place the strawberry slices into a bowl.
- 5. Sprinkle powdered sugar over the strawberries.
- 6. Add some lemon juice.
- 7. Add some liqueur.
- 8. Mix everything well so the strawberries are marinated.
- 9. Cover the bowl.
- 10. Let the strawberries sit for about 20 minutes.
- 11. Peel the kiwi in the meantime.
- 12. Slice the kiwi crosswise into thin pieces.
- 13. Whip the cream until stiff.
- 14. Sweeten the cream to taste with some powdered sugar.
- 15. Distribute the marinated strawberries among 4 glasses or bowls.
- 16. Set aside a few strawberry slices for decoration.
- 17. Place the kiwi slices vertically against the glass wall.
- 18. Fill the center space of the glasses with the cream.
- 19. Decorate the cups with the remaining strawberry slices.
- 20. Add one lime slice as decoration.
- 21. Add some mint leaves as decoration.
- 22. Serve the cups immediately.
