  1. 1. Wash the strawberries thoroughly and let them drain well.
  2. 2. Remove the green stems from the strawberries.
  3. 3. Slice the strawberries into thin pieces.
  4. 4. Place the strawberry slices into a bowl.
  5. 5. Sprinkle powdered sugar over the strawberries.
  6. 6. Add some lemon juice.
  7. 7. Add some liqueur.
  8. 8. Mix everything well so the strawberries are marinated.
  9. 9. Cover the bowl.
  10. 10. Let the strawberries sit for about 20 minutes.
  11. 11. Peel the kiwi in the meantime.
  12. 12. Slice the kiwi crosswise into thin pieces.
  13. 13. Whip the cream until stiff.
  14. 14. Sweeten the cream to taste with some powdered sugar.
  15. 15. Distribute the marinated strawberries among 4 glasses or bowls.
  16. 16. Set aside a few strawberry slices for decoration.
  17. 17. Place the kiwi slices vertically against the glass wall.
  18. 18. Fill the center space of the glasses with the cream.
  19. 19. Decorate the cups with the remaining strawberry slices.
  20. 20. Add one lime slice as decoration.
  21. 21. Add some mint leaves as decoration.
  22. 22. Serve the cups immediately.
