🍳 Strawberry and Cherry Jam

Ingredients
- 700 g Strawberries
- 300 g Sweet Cherries (pitted and weighed)
- 1 Apple
- Vanilla Pods
- 1 kg Jam Sugar
- 20 ml Cherry Liqueur
Instructions
- 1. Remove the stems from the strawberries and wash them thoroughly.
- 2. Cut the washed strawberries into small pieces.
- 3. Wash the cherries and cut them in half.
- 4. Peel the apple and grate it finely.
- 5. Place the strawberries, cherries, grated apple, and the seeds from one vanilla pod into a pot.
- 6. Mix the ingredients with the pectin sugar.
- 7. Cover the pot and let the mixture rest for about 2 hours.
- 8. Bring the jam to a boil while stirring constantly.
- 9. Let the jam boil vigorously for 4 minutes.
- 10. Stir the liqueur into the hot jam.
- 11. Fill the jam into jars that have been rinsed with hot water.
- 12. Seal the jars immediately.
