  1. 1. Attach the whisk component to the blade.
  2. 2. Pour the cream into the mixing bowl.
  3. 3. Whip the cream for about 40 seconds on speed 3 until stiff.
  4. 4. Transfer the whipped cream to another container.
  5. 5. Place the cream in a cool spot.
  6. 6. Cut the lemon in half.
  7. 7. Squeeze out the juice of the lemon.
  8. 8. Gently wash the strawberries in a bowl with water.
  9. 9. Pat the strawberries dry with kitchen paper.
  10. 10. Remove the stems from the strawberries.
  11. 11. Dice about 100 grams of the berries finely.
  12. 12. Add the remaining strawberries to the mixing bowl.
  13. 13. Add the maple syrup to the mixing bowl.
  14. 14. Add the lemon juice to the mixing bowl.
  15. 15. Puree everything for 10 seconds on speed 5.
  16. 16. Add the yoghurt.
  17. 17. Mix the yoghurt for 5 seconds on speed 4.
  18. 18. Gently fold in the whipped cream.
  19. 19. Add the small strawberry cubes.
  20. 20. Mix the ingredients for 5 seconds on speed 3.
  21. 21. Pour the ice cream mixture into a wide stainless steel bowl.
  22. 22. Place the bowl in the freezer compartment for about 4 hours.
  23. 23. Add the desired amount of the finished ice cream to the mixing bowl.
  24. 24. Stir the ice cream creamy for 30 seconds on speed 3.
