🍰 Strawberry Yoghurt Ice Cream for the Thermomix®

Ingredients
- 1 lemon
- 500 g yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 5 tbsp maple syrup
- 600 g strawberries
- 100 g whipping cream
Instructions
- 1. Attach the whisk component to the blade.
- 2. Pour the cream into the mixing bowl.
- 3. Whip the cream for about 40 seconds on speed 3 until stiff.
- 4. Transfer the whipped cream to another container.
- 5. Place the cream in a cool spot.
- 6. Cut the lemon in half.
- 7. Squeeze out the juice of the lemon.
- 8. Gently wash the strawberries in a bowl with water.
- 9. Pat the strawberries dry with kitchen paper.
- 10. Remove the stems from the strawberries.
- 11. Dice about 100 grams of the berries finely.
- 12. Add the remaining strawberries to the mixing bowl.
- 13. Add the maple syrup to the mixing bowl.
- 14. Add the lemon juice to the mixing bowl.
- 15. Puree everything for 10 seconds on speed 5.
- 16. Add the yoghurt.
- 17. Mix the yoghurt for 5 seconds on speed 4.
- 18. Gently fold in the whipped cream.
- 19. Add the small strawberry cubes.
- 20. Mix the ingredients for 5 seconds on speed 3.
- 21. Pour the ice cream mixture into a wide stainless steel bowl.
- 22. Place the bowl in the freezer compartment for about 4 hours.
- 23. Add the desired amount of the finished ice cream to the mixing bowl.
- 24. Stir the ice cream creamy for 30 seconds on speed 3.
