🥤 Fruity Strawberry-Raspberry Punch

Ingredients
- 150 g strawberries
- 150 raspberries
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar from cane sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp raspberry syrup
- 2 sprigs basil
- 750 ml well-chilled champagne (alternatively non-alcoholic sparkling wine)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the berries under running water.
- 2. Remove the green stems from the berries.
- 3. Set aside a few whole strawberries for decoration.
- 4. Dice the remaining strawberries into small cubes.
- 5. Place the cut berries into a bowl.
- 6. Sprinkle powdered sugar over the berries.
- 7. Add lemon juice.
- 8. Add raspberry syrup.
- 9. Mix everything well until the berries are coated.
- 10. Let the berry mixture stand for about 15 minutes.
- 11. Wash the basil under cold water.
- 12. Shake the basil dry.
- 13. Cut the large basil leaves into strips.
- 14. Leave the small basil leaves whole.
- 15. Divide the marinated berries among the glasses.
- 16. Add the prepared basil to the glasses.
- 17. Fill the glasses with champagne.
- 18. Garnish each glass with a whole strawberry.
- 19. Serve the punch immediately.
