🍰 Strawberry Cream Cheese Delight

Ingredients
- 3 sheets gelatin
- 400 g strawberries
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 150 g whipping cream
- 350 g cream cheese
Instructions
- 1. Soak the gelatin in cold water.
- 2. Wash the strawberries and remove the green stems.
- 3. Cut the strawberries into quarters.
- 4. Place the strawberries and 30 grams of powdered sugar in a pot.
- 5. Heat the mixture while stirring constantly until it boils.
- 6. Simmer the strawberries for about 5 minutes over low heat.
- 7. Fill the warm strawberry mixture into glasses.
- 8. Allow the glasses to cool down.
- 9. Stir the remaining powdered sugar, 30 grams of cream, and the cream cheese until smooth.
- 10. Whip the remaining cream until stiff.
- 11. Squeeze the soaked gelatin well.
- 12. Warm 4 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture in a pot.
- 13. Dissolve the squeezed gelatin in the warm cream cheese mixture.
- 14. Stir the gelatin solution into the rest of the cream cheese mass.
- 15. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mass.
- 16. Fill the glasses with the cream cheese cream.
- 17. Place the glasses in the refrigerator until serving.
