  3. 3. Cut the strawberries into quarters.
  4. 4. Place the strawberries and 30 grams of powdered sugar in a pot.
  5. 5. Heat the mixture while stirring constantly until it boils.
  6. 6. Simmer the strawberries for about 5 minutes over low heat.
  7. 7. Fill the warm strawberry mixture into glasses.
  8. 8. Allow the glasses to cool down.
  9. 9. Stir the remaining powdered sugar, 30 grams of cream, and the cream cheese until smooth.
  10. 10. Whip the remaining cream until stiff.
  11. 11. Squeeze the soaked gelatin well.
  12. 12. Warm 4 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture in a pot.
  13. 13. Dissolve the squeezed gelatin in the warm cream cheese mixture.
  14. 14. Stir the gelatin solution into the rest of the cream cheese mass.
  15. 15. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mass.
  16. 16. Fill the glasses with the cream cheese cream.
  17. 17. Place the glasses in the refrigerator until serving.
