  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2. Put flour, butter, sugar, egg yolk, and cream into a bowl.
  3. 3. Coarsely chop the ingredients with a knife or fork.
  4. 4. Quickly knead everything into a smooth dough.
  5. 5. Wrap the dough in cling film.
  6. 6. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  7. 7. Roll out the dough into a circle with a diameter of 26 centimeters.
  8. 8. Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  9. 9. Bake the base in the oven for about 20 minutes.
  10. 10. Soak the gelatin in plenty of cold water.
  11. 11. Stir skimmed curd cheese and cream cheese until smooth.
  12. 12. Whip the cream until stiff.
  13. 13. Mix the curd cheese mixture with sugar.
  14. 14. Squeeze the soaked gelatin well.
  15. 15. Dissolve the gelatin in a small saucepan over low heat.
  16. 16. Stir some of the curd cheese mixture into the dissolved gelatin.
  17. 17. Quickly mix the gelatin mixture with the remaining curd cheese.
  18. 18. Gently fold in the whipped cream.
  19. 19. Wash the strawberries and remove the green tops.
  20. 20. Halve the strawberries.
  21. 21. Arrange some strawberries on the cooled pastry base.
  22. 22. Place a tart ring around the strawberries.
  23. 23. Pour the curd cream into the ring and smooth it out.
  24. 24. Chill the tart in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
  25. 25. Decorate the finished tart with the remaining strawberries.
