  1. 1. Wash the mint thoroughly and shake it dry.
  2. 2. Pluck the mint leaves off the stems.
  3. 3. Place the tea bags, half of the mint leaves, and the cinnamon stick into a teapot.
  4. 4. Pour one liter of boiling water over the ingredients.
  5. 5. Let the tea cool down for about five minutes.
  6. 6. Stir the honey into the still warm tea.
  7. 7. Place the teapot in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
  8. 8. Remove the stems from the strawberries and wash them.
  9. 9. Halve the washed strawberries.
  10. 10. Rinse the lemon under hot water and dry it thoroughly.
  11. 11. Grate the lemon peel and squeeze out the juice.
  12. 12. Strain the cold tea through a sieve into a carafe or bowl.
  13. 13. Add the halved strawberries, one teaspoon of lemon zest, and lemon juice to taste to the tea.
  14. 14. Add a few ice cubes and the remaining mint leaves.
  15. 15. Serve the iced tea cold.
